The APS Search Product Management team is responsible for managing the Search Advertising business on Bing. Within this team, we are seeking an experienced candidate to manage the international Search business, focusing on existing adCenter markets in the UK, FR and CA. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, driving and managing opportunities that will increase the overall International Search Network profitability. Topline revenue, P&L management, internal partner satisfaction and external customer satisfaction are key measures of success in this role.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. International Search financial performance. Candidate will play a key role in developing international search budget and forecasts. Once set, candidate will carry the budget as a commitment and work closely with each market to put programs in place that will help to meet or exceed the budget.
2. International Search business priorities. Candidate will work with the broader APS Business Group to set international business priorities. They will be accountable for ensuring these priorities carry through to execution tactics within the market and across global partner organizations (GSMB, Search BU, etc).
3. Advocacy of market needs to the business. Candidate will be an advocate of market needs back to the broader APS business and global partner organizations. Advocacy should be strategically prioritized to ensure needs are realistically met in accordance to relative market priority.
4. Rhythm of the Business. In order to achieve and maintain buy-in from stakeholder groups, and to ensure that they remain on the same page with respect to status and key issues, the Director will be responsible for conducting regular business reviews. These meetings should be used as updates and assigning of accountabilities for action items.

The ideal candidate is experienced in both the Search business, and with adCenter. They have a global mindset, are great at building relationships, and can effectively advocate international priorities across the corporate business teams in Redmond. They have a demonstrated ability to distill product, marketing and customer nuances into strategic recommendations. They are excellent communicators and adept at building deep, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization. Finally, this candidate is passionate about the search business and has the ability to apply rigor around management of the international business.


Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in online advertising
- Background and experience in the search ad network space
- Proven capacity to maneuver complex organizations and deal with ambiguity
- Ability to communicate to, motivate, and build trust with field and partner teams
- Business acumen and strong analytical skills with ability to drive and attain goals
- BA/BS degree required, entrepreneurial experience a plus.
- Must be willing to travel approximately 25% globally
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- MBA preferred
